The main motor of the take-up is transmitted to bobbin through a flat belt by a DC motor. The motor of the line is a servo motor, the traverse is stable, and the electronic count changes the direction of reciprocation.
A pneumatic tension balancing device is used to control the speed of the bobbin and the tension.
The tension is changed by adjusting the tension cylinder pressure.
The clamping, lifting and braking of the bobbin are hydraulic.
